Track your work sessions, breaks and work-time balance. All app features are free. There are no subscriptions, paid unlocks or external paid-content accounts.
Start, pause and stop
Tap Start on the first tab to begin a session. Use Start Break and End Break for recorded pauses, then Stop to finish. Add Manually creates a completed entry. Edit or delete entries in List. Overlapping entries are rejected to avoid counting the same time twice.
How time is calculated
Gross time is elapsed time between start and end, including overnight shifts and daylight-saving changes. Net time subtracts breaks. Completed minutes are displayed. Manual mode deducts recorded pauses only. In version 1.0.2, automatic breaks accrue minute by minute during scheduled windows. The standard windows are 6:00–6:30 and 9:30–10:00 of presence; credited work stays at 6:00 and 9:00 respectively, then resumes. For example, 6:15 presence gives 6:00 net, 8:30 gives 8:00, 9:45 or 10:00 gives 9:00, and 10:01 gives 9:01. Ending a shift during a pause deducts only its elapsed part. Recorded pauses count toward the minimum; longer recorded breaks are retained. Mandatory pauses cannot be ended early with the break button. Thresholds and cumulative break durations can be configured in Settings. The legacy standard preset upgrades once; custom rules are preserved. In version 1.0.1, the automatic minimum was instead applied as a single deduction and missing break time was allocated at the session's end. Overlapping break intervals count once.
Fixed daily targets divide the weekly target across Monday–Friday, preserving every minute. Custom per-day targets use your individual schedule; the weekly target is their sum. Weekly-only mode has no daily target and distributes the weekly target across seven days for month and running-balance calculations. Flexible mode has no target. Running balance spans the first recorded workday through today, includes unworked days and uses the current rules for the entire history. List, calendar and statistics split overnight time by the local calendar day.
Location automation
Add a workplace in Settings and choose the desired arrival and departure actions. Background automation needs Always location permission and Background App Refresh. iOS controls when region events arrive; it is not an exact boundary timer. Low accuracy and repeated events may be ignored. Always check recorded sessions and correct missed actions. Manual tracking works without location access.
Backups and iCloud
Create a backup in Settings or export a .tkw file through the share sheet. Keep your export in a private location: it contains work records and workplace coordinates and is not password protected. Import replaces current records. Scheduled local backups run when the app is open or resumes. iCloud transfer needs an Apple account and iCloud Drive. It can restore a cloud snapshot when local records are empty; it does not merge concurrent edits across devices.
